Based at the regional office of Practical Action in Colombo, Practical Action Consulting South Asia offers high-quality consultancy services to NGOS, development agencies, government departments, research institutions, community groups and the private sector throughout the South Asian region. PAC SA draws its expertise from Practical Action's professional staff world wide and from a pool of independent associate consultants.
Energy: studies and consultancy services for energy policy development, technology assessment and feasibility studies on renewable energy options, rural energy, knowledge dissemination and capacity building.
Transport: developing and testing affordable, sustainable and effective transport solutions for village communities. Consultancy services for the management of roads and transport options.
