PISCES attends Kenyan Government delegation tour of biofuels projects in Tanzania

Dr. Benard Muok, ACTS Director of Programmes and PISCES Project Manager accompanied a Government of Kenya delegation tour of biofuels projects in Tanzania in January 2012. The tour was part of a lesson learning expedition from the Tanzanian biofuels sector, to feed into the Government of Kenya's draft biofuels policy.
